“ I visited this restaurant for a friend’s birthday, and the entire experience was incredible! The memorable dishes were definitely the tuna crudo and the cream cheese cherry gelato (we’d return just for those alone). We also tried the mushroom mafaldine, ravioli, and squid ink pasta. The mushroom mafaldine was my personal favorite, although the pasta was slightly firm for my taste, the sauce was flavorful and well-balanced. The service was exceptional. Our plates were cleared between courses, and our water glasses were constantly refilled. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a welcoming, homey vibe and a view of the open kitchen that added a nice touch. I highly suggest reserving a table to make things easier when getting a table. The restaurant is quite small and can only fit a few tables. ”

“ We had a great time at Supply and Demand! We tried three pastas (squid ink rigatoni, mafaldine with mushrooms, tagliatelle with duck ragu) — all were good portions and very tasty. The duck ragu was a little saltier than I would have liked, but it was still yummy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and service is very kind and fast! ”

The most outstanding dishes were definitely the squid ink rigatoni, which was incredible and unique, along with the roasted Brussels sprouts and the duck entree. Oysters were super super fresh, my favourite was the tuna crudo- beautiful balance of acid and the puffed rice on it was chefs kiss! Eatons Mess was a lovely way to finish off the meal of the duck pasta! Portions are big! Highly recommend :) ”

“ I came here on my actual birthday to celebrate and had the most amazing gastronomical experience to date. We had ordered two items from the raw menu two items from the warm menu and two of the smaller fresh pasta dishes, and we were so stuffed and super happy with the flavour presentation and service of our server! We had to try that flaming dessert, even though we were super full and I would say to get it if you have a table of four people as even with two people it was a bit too much dessert and you can’t take it home as there’s ice cream in it ha ha, so we shared it with the table next to us! I can’t wait to come back! Love that they have a constant rotation of different items on the menu ”

“ Wow! What a marvellous restaurant this is! My girlfriend had been here a long time ago and when I told her I was preparing a date in Chelsea, she really insisted that we pass by the Supply and Demand restaurant for dinner. I'm really glad I listened to her as this is an absolute gem of a restaurant. I've been to hundreds, including a bunch of Michelin stars, and this is really up there on my list of places that you MUST try. I would love to give a huge shout out to our waitress - she was hands down the best part of the whole experience and one of the most friendliest and genuinely passionate person I've met. Also, a second slightly smaller shout out: the complimentary bread at the Supply and Demand is easily the best restaurant bread I've had in my life. I can easily just eat that bread for the meal and I'd be more then satisfied. I have no idea how they bake it, but please don't ever change it. I'll be back for sure just for more bread! ”
